3 dashes of Angostura bitters
1oz/28.4ml Cognac
3oz/85.2ml BOLLE Blanc De Blancs
Method
Place the sugar cube at the bottom of your coupe.
Dash your angostura over the top and then cover with a shot of cognac.
Fill your glass with BOLLE.
