Product Information

BOLLE consists of Chardonnay wine that is gently de-alcoholised through state of the art vacuum distillation. We then add additional grape juice and yeast, and return to the tank for a secondary fermentation.

Once fermented, we add some CO2 to increase the fizz (most is created naturally in the tank) and a little preservative to help prevent oxidisation and bacterial spoilage.
