3 Green Cardamom pods
1oz/28.4ml Mango Puree
1/2 oz/ 14.2ml Fresh Turmeric Juice
1/2 oz/ 14.2ml Lime Juice
1/2 oz/ 14.2ml Maple Syrup
4oz/113.7ml BOLLE Blanc De Blancs
Method
Add all of your ingredients except from the BOLLE to a Boston tin and shake.
Strain into your flute, fill with ice and top with the BOLLE.
