Ingredients 

1.5oz/42.6ml BOLLE Blanc De Blancs 

1oz/28.4ml Bacardi 8yr 

1/2 oz/ 14.2ml Lime Juice 

1/2 oz/ 14.2ml Honey 

Method 

Add all of your ingredients except the BOLLE to a Boston tin and shake. 
Strain into your glass, fill with ice and top with BOLLE.
